Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- New Zealand (Domestic): $5.95 standard (3–7 business days) · Free shipping on orders over $75
- Australia: $9.95 standard (5–12 business days) · $14.95 express (3–6 business days)
- United States: $12.95 standard (7–15 business days) · $19.95 express (5–9 business days)
- International: $15.95 standard (10–20 business days) — calculated at checkout
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. IMakeupstyal is not responsible for these charges and they are not included in the shipping cost.

Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To be eligible, please email us at imakeupstyal@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or on clearance
- Opened/used beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Free samples and promotional items
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at imakeupstyal@gmail.com with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you — either a full refund or a replacement shipment.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order has entered processing and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at imakeupstyal@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
